The service is dependable.
The service is dependable. Advance notice is always given for the next treatment. I am disappointed in the annual increases in treatment costs however. No notice on that matter is given. A bill is received and the costs have increased. That is unpleasant and has me seriously considering seeking competitive bids.

TruGreen has kept my lawn, trees and shrubs looking fantastic. My lawn care specialist, Dennis Haan, always takes the time to answer questions. If I have concerns between treatment, Dennis will come out to check on my lawn and provide any necessary treatment.

So far, so good.
TRUGREEN has been beneficial to our home, the people I have dealt with have been very professional and extremely helpful to us. If I have a problem, an occassionally I do they, tackle it immediately, There are little things that occurred, but I called the company to inform them of my concerns and it was taken care of. So far, so good.

Trugreen has proven to be all that they promised be. This is very rare as most people know how much exaggeration normally is done when someone is trying to sell services to you. My experience with Trugreen has been exceptional. The service and personal are very professional and the results of their efforts make for my having a beautiful lawn and healthy looking shrubbery. I highly endorse and recommend this company.

Very professional.
Julie my lawn technician is doing a excellent job keeping me aware of what she is applying to the lawn and for what reason. If she locates a area that needs extra attention she is on it and rechecks on her next appointment day. I would also like to compliment your customer service team in Oldsmar, FL because I always have to call them and get my invoice explained to me because the amount is always wrong when it comes from the accounting office in TN.

My lawn was a mess when TruGeen started their service. It was a mess even though I tried very hard to improve it (watering, mowing, etc.). Two weeks after they started I could see a significant difference. I have used the service for at east two years and now I have a lush lawn that I am proud of.

have been with Trugreen for close to 10 years. They have been very attentive to any issues I have had, and recently have had my daughter sign up for lawn care. A vfery nice feature is their guarantee that if we have a problem they will repeat the treatment at no extra charge and I have tested that guarantee a number of times very successfully.

I am very happy with my service
I am very happy with my service especially my regular service provider. Whenever I feel that the lawn needs extra care I merely call the office and have always received courteous and immediate response.
